When it comes to immigration I can just about spell it let alone fathom out whether clients are eligible for assistance or not.
This case Harrow v Ibrahim helps shed a little light on some of the more general points as well as some interesting, if not a bit confusing for mere mortals likemyself , discussion on a right to reside by virtue of having children at school.

Nonsense, it is perfectly straightforward - so crystal clear that even the Court of Appeal had to refer it to the European Court ;-)
I think I have just about got my head round the issues, but couldn't call the answer at all.
Aye. Don't know why but immigration law always makes me shudder as most of it seems to be incompatible with the benefits system in my limited experience.
