Understandable and a shame for the Shelter Workers to have to go through this.
At least this is news that 'el Governmento' can't hide and it's good that this brings some of the problems faced by CLS providers out into the open again.
You can only take advantage of people with a social conscience for so long.

Council workers in Birmingham are also due to strike this week for two days (23rd & 24th), and for similar reasons - an enforced new contract with worse conditions.
Some homelessness officers stand to lose over £2,000 from their salary and shall be standing on the picket line in a desperate attempt to protect their living conditions and their ability to pay their mortgage in the face of a scurrilous attack by councillors.
This while many council managers stand to get a pay rise from the new pay structure.
I wish the Shelter employees - who, as housing law specialists, were not by any means overpaid under their existing contracts - the very best of luck.
I can no longer take Adam Sampson seriously when he attacks the government on issues such lack of government action over mortgage repossessions, when at the same time he does the government and LSC's dirty work in 'reforming' legal aid.
